ABOUT

Chris is a mental fitness coach and a certified mindfulness teacher trained at the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA’s Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. He has also been trained as a professional coach through the Mindful Attentionist Coaching program created by the industry-leading Mitra Manesh, as well as a mental fitness coach through the Positive Intelligence program.

Chris provides his clients with insights and tools learned through many years of committed study and practice. As someone who personally struggled with stress and anxiety for decades, Chris knows first-hand what it’s like to feel hopeless when it comes to enjoying life in the present moment. Through his daily meditation practice rooted in neuroscience-based mindfulness and Zen, he has earned a profound understanding of the transformative power of mindful living and serves as a guiding light for those seeking to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

MEET CHRIS

Drop in for a free guided meditation that is comfortable for beginners and experienced practitioners. This can be a good way to try mindfulness, include meditation in your weekly schedule, or add some variety to your existing practice. You may leave your camera off if you choose and verbal participation is not required. Everyone is welcome!
