Chris is a certified mindfulness teacher trained at the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA’s Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. He has also been trained as a professional coach through the Mindful Attentionist Coaching program headed by the industry-leading Mitra Manesh.

As someone who personally struggled with stress and anxiety for decades, Chris has first-hand knowledge of what it feels like to be hopeless when it comes to living in the moment. While mindfulness isn't a cure, Chris’ coaching sessions can provide his clients with tools to discover clarity in the present moment and stop identifying with the content of thoughts and emotions.

Over the past 30 years, Chris has served in a leadership position in the music industry in New Orleans, Dallas, New York City, and Los Angeles. His unique experience leading large teams, serving customers, and mentoring colleagues has given him a solid foundation in his role as a mindful living coach and mindfulness teacher.


Through Chris’ daily and decade long meditation practice, he has earned a profound understanding of the transformative power of meditation and mindfulness and serves as a guiding light for those seeking to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.


When Chris begins working with a new client, he first learns about their lives, their intentions, and the obstacles preventing them from being present. He believes in the benefit of starting slowly with small, achievable goals, and building momentum as coaching sessions go along.
