Personal Coaching

Get one-on-one guidance from Chris, your personal mindful living coach. After beginning with a simple grounding exercise, Chris will guide you through a deeper discussion based on your challenges and intentions. Chris’ extensive practice and training allow him to be a trusted partner in helping you shift your perspective and identify choices that can improve your well-being.  Learn more about the benefits of personal coaching.

Each session is 60 minutes and accessible via Zoom. You will leave the meeting with actionable points to shift your mindset and help bring you closer to your desired state of being.

MEDITATION
Zen Garden

MEDITATION & MINDFUL LIVING

Beginner's Mind 1:1

2 classes + Daily Support + Closing Meeting

Create a meditation practice. This one-on-one course includes an introduction to mindfulness and offers instructions for creating a meditation practice that can reduce stress, improve self-awareness, and support mental health.

 

Each class is 75 minutes via Zoom. Classes are spaced out by a minimum of one week. Daily check-ins arrive via text. The closing meeting is 35 minutes.

Living Mindfully 1:1

6 classes + Daily Support + Closing Meeting

Create a mindful life. This one-on-one course includes the foundational Beginner’s Mind program plus four additional classes. In these sessions, learn how to use mindfulness to:

​

  • Bring clarity and ease into daily life

  • Work with difficult thoughts

  • Strengthen the mind-body connection and manage physical pain 

  • Minimize the impact and frequency of difficult emotions

  • Improve connection with ourselves and others

​

Each class is 75 minutes via Zoom. Classes are spaced out by a minimum of one week. Daily check-ins arrive via text. The closing meeting is 35 minutes.

Meditation Coaching

As needed • 35 minutes per session​​

Meditation coaching for those with an existing practice. These sessions begin with a short guided meditation. Then, once centered and present, the remainder of the time can be spent discussing insights or obstacles encountered during meditation.

 

This is an opportunity to share and receive supportive and attainable personalized feedback on deepening or working with challenges in your practice.

MEET CHRIS

Drop in for a free guided meditation that is comfortable for beginners and experienced practitioners. This can be a good way to try mindfulness, include meditation in your weekly schedule, or add some variety to your existing practice. You may leave your camera off if you choose and verbal participation is not required. Everyone is welcome!
