Personal Coaching

Get one-on-one guidance from Chris, your personal mental fitness coach. Each session begins with a simple grounding exercise and then Chris will guide you through a deeper discussion based on your personal challenges and intentions. Chris’ extensive practice and training allows him to be a trusted partner in helping you shift your perspective and identify choices that will improve your well being.

Each session is 50 minutes and accessible via Zoom. You will leave the meeting with actionable points to improve your mindset and help bring you closer to your desired state of being.
Positive Intelligence Program + Coaching

Develop the skills you need to experience success and lasting happiness through the Positive Intelligence program.
This 7-week mental fitness course will give you the insight and tools you need to break through your limitations and start meeting life’s challenges with a positive mindset. You receive exclusive access to the breakthrough, research-based Positive Intelligence app in addition to Chris’ personal coaching each week. Learn how to stop self-sabotaging your happiness, command your mind, and start enjoying your life now.

MEDITATION
Beginner's Mind
2 weeks • 75 minutes per session
Learn how to meditate. This two-week course is an introduction to mindfulness and offers instructions for creating a meditation practice that reduces stress, improves well-being, and supports mental health.
Guided Meditation +
As needed •30 minutes session
Meditation coaching for those with an existing practice. These sessions begin with a brief check-in followed by a guided 10-minute meditation. Then, once centered and present, the remainder of the time can be spent discussing obstacles encountered during meditation. This is an opportunity to share and receive supportive and attainable personalized feedback on working with challenges in your practice.
