Why Meditate?​

Being present and living in the moment are states of being we associate with living a happier life, but it takes practice. Meditation is the practice of being present.

Beginning and sustaining a meditation routine on your own can be challenging. Chris offers instruction and support to beginners as well as experienced meditators. Learn more about his training and expertise.

What is Mindful Living?

​

Mindful living is the integration of mindfulness into the way we live our daily life. Opportunities to be mindfully aware and intentional are plentiful but noticing them can be difficult. Chris offers support in identifying these opportunities and taking meaningful steps in responding to them through one-on-one coaching. Whether it’s meeting challenges with a positive mindset, creating new habits, shifting your perspective, making better choices, or reducing the impact of negative emotions, he can be of service.​

MEET CHRIS

Drop in for a free guided meditation that is comfortable for beginners and experienced practitioners. This can be a good way to try mindfulness, include meditation in your weekly schedule, or add some variety to your existing practice. You may leave your camera off if you choose and verbal participation is not required. Everyone is welcome!
